Recently, JC Master won a new-type fraud case called “logistics fraud”. The suspect Wang disguised as a deliveryman to deliver by utilizing cash on delivery information obtained by him through various channels and then gained the money by cheating on the recipient who seldom opened the package to find what has been contained in such package. The trial court adopted our lawyer’ assertions on giving a lesser punishment and applying probation. Finally, Wang was convicted of crime of fraud and  sentenced six-month imprisonment under one-year probation with a fine of 10 thousand Yuan.
