On December 24, 2010, Yawei Machine-Tool’s IPO on the Growth Enterprise Market was approved by the Issuance Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission at the 261 conference of 2010.
Jiangsu Yawei Machine-Tool Co.,Ltd is a private-owned enterprise located in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province, mainly engaged in manufacturing metal-forming machine tool. JC Master was retained as the issuer’s lawyer and provided diligent and full-range legal services.

On December 29, 2010, NanFang Bearing’s IPO on the Growth Enterprise Market was approved by the Issuance Review Committee of GEM within the China Securities Regulatory Commission at the 266th conference of 2010.JC Master was engaged as the issuer’s lawyer and provided diligent and full-range legal services.
Recently, JC Master was engaged by a Shanghai-based venture-capital firm to provide special project legal service in connection with the purchase of a Nanjing-based biotech company. Recently, JC Master won a new-type fraud case called “logistics fraud”. The suspect Wang disguised as a deliveryman to deliver by utilizing cash on delivery information obtained by him through various channels and then gained the money by cheating on the recipient who seldom opened the package to find what has been contained in such package. The trial court adopted our lawyer’ assertions on giving a lesser punishment and applying probation. Finally, Wang was convicted of crime of fraud and sentenced six-month imprisonment under one-year probation with a fine of 10 thousand Yuan.
JC Master Invited Again in Expert Review Conference Hosted by Jiangsu Fair Trade Bureau of Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province
On December 30, 2010, JC Master Partner Jessica liu attended the expert review conference held by Jiangsu Fair Trade Bureau of Department of Commerce of Jiangsu Province. The conference proposed to add on original scale pre-alarm sites for foreign trade risk in Jiangsu Province. Jessica liu, one of the three external experts, cooperated with government officials of Jiangsu Fair Trade Bureau in reviewing and deciding second batch of 10 pre-alarm sites for foreign trade risk to be set up soon. The main function of these sites is to provide early warning services for local scale exports in order to prevent international trade friction. Jessica Liu was also invited as external expert for the review conference in year 2009.
