On January 7, 2011, Weijiang Zhu, senior partner of JC Master, took part in the opening ceremony of an activity organized by Jiangsu Provincial Department of Justice and Taizhou Municipal Government and named 'three rural areas', which means a program under which officials, doctors, scientists and college students go to the countryside to spread scientific and literacy knowledge and offer medical service to farmers.
JC Master successfully advised on a complicated case
On January 7, 2011, Jinling Evening News reported that Yang Chungan, an attorney in JC Master, successfully represented a complicated case. The case was triggered by a false receipt of 100 thousand Yuan issued by our client’s financial personnel to a purchaser who didn’t pay the 100 thousand Yuan indicated on the said receipt, while she claimed that she had paid such amount. The case lasted 16 months from the end of August, 2009, the date of filling case of the first instance, to the end of December, 2010, the end of the second instance. Attorney Yang participated in the court trial more than 10 times, having investigated and collected evidences from related authorities. He, who is highly praised by the client, won the case in both the first and second insurance, with client’s loss retrieved.

On January 12, 2011, Baosheng Science and Technology Stock Company obtained approval for its private placement after being examined and reviewed by the Issuance and Examination Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
