JC Master held a seminar for Opinions promulgated by the Ministry of Justice
On February 9, 2011, JC Master held a seminar for the Opinions on further Strengthening and Improving Lawyer’s Work (“Opinions”) issued by the Ministry of Justice. The seminar focused on the significance of such promulgation, lawyer’s socialistic attributes, reinforcing education construction on lawyer, improving lawyer’s working system, intensifying supporting and safeguarding policy, enhancing party building in law industry, etc.
In this meeting, all present lawyers also studied the speeches named < Adhered to and improved the socialistic lawyer system with Chinese characteristics, faithfully filled the duty of socialistic social legalist>given by Secretary Yongkang Zhou, <Further improved lawyer’s management under current circumstances, strived to open a new area for lawyer’s management> given by Minister Aiying Wu and <Guided our lawyers to be socialistic social legalist> given by Chairman Yu Ning as well as the speech named <Tried to realize four priorities and further encouraged law industry to launch public appraisal activities> made by our Vice-chairman Dacheng Zhao when he investigated the grass-root unit of the Party in the law industry and the public appraisal activities launched by the Party member.
JC Master’s Party branch held a meeting for work arrangement of 2011
On February 14, 2011, JC Master’s Party branch held a meeting for work arrangement of 2011, hosted by Lawyer Aaron Dai, the branch secretary, in order to enhance the effect of Party branch in day-to–day management in office and encourage the Party member lawyers to play a vanguard and exemplary role. The meeting adjusted the division of work concerned the branch members and decided to develop activities once or twice per quarter in charge of specially-assigned person, for the purpose of bringing the lawyer’s initiative into play.

On February 25, 2011, Jiangsu NanFang Bearing Co., Ltd was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under stock code: 002553. NanFang Bearing raised 400 million Yuan by offering 22 million shares publicly. JC Master as the issuer’s lawyer provided full-range legal services for its public offering.
