Following the acquisition of a real estate company in Nanjing by an overseas affiliate-enterprise of COFCO Limited in July 2007; another affiliate-enterprise of COFCO Limited has recently completed the acquisition of a real estate company in Suzhow. JC Master Law Offices was engaged by these affiliate-enterprises of COFCO Limited as their legal counsel, providing all related legal services in connection with these two acquisitions.
