Recently, JC Master Law Offices has been engaged to provide legal consultation services to a company from abroad related to selling aircrafts to private individuals in China. Due to the presently lack of clear and specific regulations in the Chinese Law governing the importation of privately owned aircrafts, the consultation task of this particular assignment would be a new challenge for JC Master Law Offices. |
