Recently, JC Master was retained by an Asset Management Co.to provide legal services for demolitionand disposition of phased-out production equipment on such aspects as bidding, participation in negotiation, draft of agreements and their performance, etc. JC Master appointed a special team led by partner,Wende Wang, to provide service for the company.
