Recently, JC Master is retained by a listed company to represent its labor dispute case with a whopping 340 million RMB target value. The most disputed issue of the case is how to identify the performance venue of the labor contract for sales personnel, and the validity of an arbitration clause agreed in the contract. Up till now, the case is under review of Liaoning Anshan Middle Court of the People, and the final judgement of which will have strong influence and guidance on future cases regarding how to deal with and sign labor contract with sales personnel. |
