Yuan Yang graduated Economic Engineer Degree from Nanjing Institute of Chemistry in 1989. Yuan Yang was admitted as a solicitor in 2001.

 

Yuan Yang is an expert in the fields of Securities, Asset Reorganization, Corporate Restructure, Merger & Acquisition, IPO, Foreign Investments, Banking & Finance. He advises Chinese companies on reorganization and restructure for the purpose of IPO listing in China and abroad. He also offers advice to foreign investors on investment in China. Yuan Yang serves as legal counsel to many listed companies.
