Daniel is a Partner of the firm. Presently, he holds the position of member of the Finance & Securities Commission of Jiangsu Lawyer Association.
Daniel graduated Bachelor Degree in Art from Sichuan Normal University and Master Degree in History from the Chinese-American Culture Research Center, in cooperation of Nanjing University and the John Hopkins University. Daniel was admitted as a solicitor in 1998.
Daniel is an expert in the fields of Securities, Asset Reorganization, Corporate Restructure, Merger & Acquisition, Venture Capital Investments, Foreign-Involved Economy.
Daniel has extensive experiences in offering advice to Chinese companies on restructure and issuance of A-share and H-share listing. He also serves as legal counsel for many multi-national and Chinese companies. He has advised many Chinese and Foreign businesses in the establishment of investment funds. |
