Justin Ma graduated from Easter China University of Political Science & Law and obtained Master of Laws degree of Nanjing University. Justin holds the positions of Committee Member of International Business Commission of National Lawyers Association, Committee Member of WTO Commission of National Lawyers Association, Committee Member of Foreign Affair Commission of National Lawyers Association, Member of China Law Society, Member of Jiangsu Law Society Academic Professional Commission and Arbitrator of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration Commission, Arbitrator of AFSA, First Grade Lawyer.

 

Justin is the Managing Partner of JC Master Law Firm. Justin has been a practicing solicitor since 1984. In 1988, Justin was selected to attend further studies in Asian Law Institute in the USA. From 1992 to 1993, Justin worked in law firms in London and Hong Kong. In 2009, Justin obtained professional certificate in management research of University of South Australia. Justin undertakes legal issues majorly in company law, security law and foreign investment areas. He has rich experience in legal practice in respect to international transaction, joint venture and the operation and foundation of VC and PE Funds. In theory, he has published specific essays concerning international transaction and international investment problems. In recent years, Justin mainly focuses and has a perceptive academic study on legal program of household wealth heritage Justin could use English fluently as working language.
